Noli (1882-1965), politician, writer, one of the most popular figures of the National Movement. There is also a blazing torch . Back side: The logo of Albanian Federation "Vatra"; the building of the first Albanian Parliament (now the building of the Academy of Sciences) and the logo of the newspaper "Dielli" (the Sun) run by Fan. S. Noli .   More Banknote expiry date: It has been legal tender until December 31, 2008. As from January 1, 2009 it may no longer be used as an official medium of payment. It can be collected versus exchange at 100 % face value, at the banking system windows. Collection term expires on December 31, 2010.
