Short Description
This is a law through which is added a transitory provision in the Law No. 8269, dated 23.12.1997 “On the Bank of Albania”. The added transitory provision in the Law “On the Bank of Albania” deals mainly with the mandate of some of the members of the Supervisory Council, who were elected and appointed based on the law 8230, dated 06.08.1997 “On some changes in the Law no. 8076, dated 22.02.1996 “On the Bank of Albania”. According to this new law they stay in this position so far to the end of their mandate.
