Short Description
The new banking law stipulates the core principles in conducting banking activity in the Republic of Albania as well as rules and procedures to ensure a sound banking system, management and administration methods for banks, branches of foreign banks and their decision-making authorities, as well as the bank’s legal obligations consistent with the powers granted by the law.
