Monetary and Financial Statistics Methodology

"Monetary and Financial Statistics Methodology, Bank of Albania - July 2003" aims at describing the concepts, principles and standards for compiling and reading monetary and financial statistics. These statistics consists of certain reviews aiming at showing domestic financial and banking system relations to domestic economy and to the rest of the world.

"Manual on Monetary and Financial Statistics" of International Monetary Fund, the edition of year 2000, served as a standard in compiling this methodology, consequently it serves at the same time in reading and contrasting monetary and financial statistics data all around the world.
