broshura_be.gif

The budget=financial plan; a list of the revenues and expenditures during a specified period of time. The government plans its expenditures according to its budget. It programs how much of the revenues will be spent for the needs of the state such as salaries of the administrative employees, pensions, hospitals, education, national security etc.. In contrast with a family budget, the government budget is planned for a specified period of time called "fiscal year". According to the established standards in our country this year is comprised of 12 months, it is the same as the calendar year, which begins on January 1st and ends on December 31st. Available only in Albanian.

European Union is a big family of the democratic European countries, committed to work together for peace and prosperity. It is not a State seeking to take the place of existing countries and it is much more than an international organization. Actually, the European Union is unique in its kind. Member countries have established common institutions to which they have delegated a part of their sovereignty in order to take democratic decisions regarding issues of common interest. Available only in Albanian.
