Regulations for payment system

Bank of Albania in fulfilling its legal obligation, the Supervisory Council has approved in its several legal acts related to the definition of rules and procedures for payment instruments used as payment means, the rules of functioning payment system, which regulate relations between participants in the system, but also clearly define the rights and obligations of the parties in this relationship.
