Regulation 1/2013 ''On the granting of license to non-bank financial institutions'', integrated version

This Regulation lays down the conditions, requirements, time frame, documentation and procedures on: a) licensing of non-bank financial institutions and microcredit financial institutions to carry out financial activities in the Republic of Albania; b) granting prior approval during the exercise of the activity of non-bank financial institutions and microcredit financial institutions; and c) obligation to notify the Bank of Albania during the execution of the activity of non-bank financial institutions and microcredit financial institutions.
