The purpose of this Regulation is to set out the criteria and rules for the licensing, organization, activity and supervision of foreign exchange bureaus.

Note: Amendments to this Regulation according to Decision 49/2019 of the Supervisory Council, shall enter into force on 08.08.2019, with the exception of paragraph 4/1 of article 19 of the Regulation, which shall enter into force on 31.12.2019.
