Obverse: In the center of the coin is outlined the Kastriot eagle and the nominal value composed "100 Lekë". The surface of the coin on the right hand side is matte, while the rest of it is polished. On the arch is written "ALBANIAN LINK OF PRIZREN" and the years "1878-2013".

Reverse: In the center of the coin is outlined the museum house where the Albanian League of Prizren was held together with three muskets (a type of rifle) that shrink in perspective, which symbolize the unification of all Albanian territories. The surface of the coin on the right side is matte, while the rest is polished. On the left side of the coin there is the inscription "SHQIPËRI-ALBANIA", while on the right the year of the coin "2013".
