Obverse: In the center of the coin is the nominal value "10 LEKË", as well as the coat of arms of the People's Republic of Albania, surrounded by stars on both sides.

Reverse: In the center of the coin is outlined the bust of Skanderbeg on horseback and on both sides the years "1468-1968". In the form of an arch there is written above "SHQIPËRI - ALBANIA" and below "GJERGJ KASTRIOTI- SKENDERBEU".
