Obverse: In the center there is a combination between the Albanian alphabet listed as it was decided in the Congress of Manastir, stylized pen as a symbol of writing and the nominal value "50 Lekë". The background surface has horizontal lines. In the outer arch above it is written "105- ANNIVERSARY OF THE CONGRESS OF THE MONASTERY", while below it is written the years "1908-2013".

Reverse: In the center is the interweaving of the first three letters of the alphabet with a book and an eagle. Below them is the year of the coin "2013". Both sides of the coin are surrounded by feathers that serve as a frame decoration. In the upper arch is written "SHQIPËRI-ALBANIA".
