The purpose of this regulation is to define the rules and procedures of the Bank of Albania’s intervention in the money market through the repurchase and reverse repurchase agreements. This regulation has been amended from the Supervisory Council by decision nr. 22, dated 16.05.2007; decision nr. 76, dated 29.10.2008; decision nr. 46 dated 30.06.2010, decision nr. 78, dated 18.12.2014; and decision nr. 66, dated 01.06.2016.
