Regulation 63/2012 “On the core management principles of banks and branches of foreign banks and the criteria on the approval of their administrators”, integrated version

The purpose of this Regulation is: a.to set out the core principles and regulations for a responsible and efficient management of banks and branches of foreign banks; b.to set out the criteria the administrators of banks and branches of foreign banks should meet, and the needed documentation on their approval from the Bank of Albania, and c.to set out the criteria on the finalisation of agreements with third parties on the conduction of functions and duties for the administration and management of banks.
