Regulation 70/2009 “On foreign exchange transactions”, integrated version

This regulation aims to set out the rules for to carrying out the transactions recorded in the capital and current account in form of payments and transfers, from and into the Republic of Albania. These transactions include transactions between residents and non-residents in foreign means of payment and the unilateral transfers of assets, from and into the Republic of Albania. This regulation shall apply on all legal persons being granted a licence by the Bank of Albania to carry out banking and/or financial activities.
