Obverse: In the center of the coin is presented the nominal value "200 LEKË", as well as the coat of arms of the People's Republic of Albania surrounded by stars on both sides.

Reverse: In the center of the coin is the portrait of Dea of Butrint, surrounded by a wreath of laurel leaves. To its right, in the background, is the ancient theater of Butrint - Buthrotum, while on the left is written the year "1968". " SHQIPËRI- ALBANIA" and "BUTRINTI-BUTHROTUM" are written in arched form.
