This Regulation lays down the requirements for credit transfer and direct debit transactions denominated in euro within Albania and between Albania and the SEPA area, where both the payer’s payment service provider (PSP) and the payee’s payment service provider (PSP) are in Albania or one of the PSPs is in Albania and the other within the SEPA area, or where the sole PSP involved in the payment transaction is located in Albania.
