GOVERNOR’S AWARD FOR THE BEST DIPLOMA THESIS 2025

Call for topics

The Bank of Albania launches the open contest “Governor’s Award for the Best Diploma Thesis, 2025”. The contest targets Albanian students graduated during the period October 2024 – October 2025, in Albania or abroad. Contestants are invited to submit their scientific works on issues related to: monetary and international economics; financial stability; economic integration issues of the Balkans in the European Union; Bank of Albania’s monetary and macro-prudential policies; fiscal policies and their role in the economy; the Albanian banking system; the behaviour of households and enterprises; as well as other general aspects of the economy.

Prizes

Bank of Albania has decided and gives this Award since 2006, as follows: 

1. First prize ALL 250.000

2. Second prize ALL 200.000

3. Third prize ALL 150.000

Deadline for submissions: 31 October 2025.
