Description:	Construction Cost Index

Methodology:	The construction cost index (CCI) measures the change in construction costs taking in consideration the price changes of the base inputs (construction materials, construction machinery, labor expenses). The first CCI was measured in 1993. In 1999 INSTAT reviewed the index and the base period for calculating the index (Q4 1999=100).
