Lecture by the Governor of the Bank of Albania, Mr. Ardian Fullaniat POLIS University

The Governor of the Bank of Albania, Mr. Ardian Fullani held a lecture at POLIS University on January, 2010.

In his lecture, the Governor dwelt upon the project of the new complex of the Bank of Albania. This project is perceived as a combination of the existing building architecture and modern architecture of the new building. In addition to architectural features, this complex contains a very functional solution in itself.

During his lecture the Governor gave an overview of the major economic developments in Albania and the role that the Bank of Albania has played for ensuring and preserving the macroeconomic and financial stability in the country.

The global real estate crisis, its effects and the role of the Bank of Albania, was another subject of the Governor's lecture.

In conclusion, Mr. Fullani conveyed the idea that the Albanian banking system is robust and able to perform its mission.

The Governor's lecture was attended by over 120 students and the academic staff of Polis University.
