Mr. Ardian Fullani, new Governor of the Bank of Albania

Pursuant to Article 161 of the Constitution and to Article 44, point 2 of the Law "On the Bank of Albania" No 8269, dated 23.12.1997, as amended, the Parliament of the Republic of Albania with Decision No. 152, dated October 28, 2004, has appointed Mr. Ardian Fullani in the position of Governor of the Bank of Albania for a seven-year term of office.
