The Governor of the Bank of Albania, Mr. Ardian Fullani, attended the Summit of finance ministers and governors of the region, hosted by Montenegro on 14 June 2013.

Participants in the summit on 'The financial future of the region' discussed the euro area crisis and its effects on public finances, and the economic growth of the countries in the region. Discussions centred on the banking sector performance during the four years of the euro area crisis and the challenges ahead.
