Bank of Albania and european integration

Significant political changes in Albania at the beginning of 90s should be associated with the start of economic reforms in Albania that would enable the shift from central to market economy. An important element of structural reforms for all countries that embarked into a market economy system comprised the reforms in financial and banking system.
