Annual inflation rate in May dropped to 2.6 per cent from 3.2 per cent it was a month ago. The average annual inflation rate was 3.19 per cent, practically at the same level as in April. The reason behind this fall was the earlier entry of the domestic agriculture production in the market than last year.
