Savings and Loan Associations and their Unions

The Savings and Loan Association is based on the voluntary organization of the members who deposit their money in the company to be used by it for lending later on only to members of the company. Saving and Loan Associations may be organized in Unions.

Currently, 16 Savings and Loan Associations and 1 Union operate in Albania.
